We're looking for a Manager – Infrastructure & SRE to own reliability, observability, and infrastructure operations at scale.

? What You'll Do: ✅ Lead the SRE function — SLOs/SLAs, error budgets, incident management & post-mortem culture

✅ Own observability & telemetry — instrumentation, alerting, dashboards

✅ Drive self-healing systems, automated runbooks & capacity/performance frameworks

✅ Stay hands-on with IaC, CI/CD pipelines & critical incident response

✅ Manage full infra scope — SRE, patching, hardware lifecycle & facilities

✅ Own compliance — audit readiness, access controls & vulnerability management

✅ Hire, mentor & grow your team — performance, growth opportunities & shift planning

✅ Communicate infra health & risk to stakeholders; apply AI tooling for efficiency

? What We're Looking For:

? Hands-on experience with Azure & AWS (networking,



IAM, compute, storage)

? Strong IaC skills — Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation

? Solid grasp of SRE fundamentals — SLOs, error budgets, MTTR/MTTD, blameless post-mortems

? Experience with observability tools — Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry

? Background building self-healing systems, automated runbooks & capacity models

? CI/CD & GitOps pipeline experience

? Experience managing shift-based operations teams

? Strong stakeholder communication skills

? Familiarity with SOC 2, PCI-DSS , or similar compliance frameworks

✨ Nice to Have:

➕ FinOps experience (cost visibility, rightsizing, chargeback)

➕ Platform engineering / developer experience background

➕ Experience in regulated industries (fintech, real estate tech, etc.)

➕ Multi-cloud / hybrid cloud exposure
