COMPETENCIES Technical & Functional Skills • Mastery of KPI/KRA design, cascading logic, weightage models, and performance tracking.

- Proficiency in strategy frameworks: BSC, OKR, MBO, SWOT, TOWS, Ansoff, BCG, GE Matrix, Porter's Five Forces.
- Hands-on experience with PMS tools, ERP performance modules, or HRMS platforms.
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint;
