- Led SCADA-based performance monitoring and real-time surveillance of utility-scale solar PV plants through a centralized Remote Operation Centre (ROC).

- Analyzed plant performance using SCADA systems and monitoring platforms to maximize energy yield, plant availability, and operational efficiency.

- Monitored inverter, string, transformer, and grid parameters to identify performance deviations and initiate timely corrective actions.

- Conducted performance analysis by comparing actual generation with expected generation, identifying losses, and recommending improvement measures.

- Reviewed and validated Daily Generation Reports (DGRs), Monthly Generation Reports (MGRs), breakdown reports, and operational dashboards.

- Performed trend analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) to improve plant reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance overall system performance.

- Coordinated with site O&M; teams, SCADA OEMs, and technical support teams to resolve operational issues and ensure uninterrupted monitoring.
