Sales Manager – Animal Feeds Industry

Are you a results-driven sales skilled with experience in the animal feed industry? We're looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth, expand our distribution network, and build lasting relationships with customers across the livestock sector.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Drive sales growth and achieve business targets within the assigned territory.

✔ Develop and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

✔ Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

✔ Build strong relationships with dairy farmers, poultry farms, feed dealers, and livestock businesses.

✔ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

✔ Lead and mentor the sales team to maximise performance.

✔ Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer accounts.

✔ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.





What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of sales experience in Animal Feed, Cattle Feed, Poultry Feed, Aqua Feed, Livestock Nutrition, or Agri Inputs .
- Strong channel sales and distributor management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
