Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager Property & Leasing to drive retail expansion by identifying and acquiring high-potential commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in site acquisition, lease negotiations, market analysis, and stakeholder management within the retail or commercial real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct city and market research to identify potential retail locations.
- Drive end-to-end property acquisition, including site identification, financial evaluation, negotiations, and closure.
- Lead commercial negotiations with property owners, landlords, developers, and brokers.
- Coordinate with Legal, Projects, Planning, and Operations teams throughout the acquisition and store launch process.
- Perform market mapping, catchment analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, brokers, and key stakeholders.




- Ensure timely completion of legal due diligence and documentation.
- Mentor and guide team members while supporting the organization's expansion strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 8–14 years of experience in Property Acquisition, Leasing, Retail Expansion, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of commercial leasing, property documentation, and legal processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in retail, commercial real estate, or organized retail expansion will be preferred.
