Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Financial evaluation of New Products1)Interaction with Project teams, Compilation & analysis of investment, Material Cost, contributions, IRR Computations, make vs buy analysis, special approvals as per capex policy etc.. Candidate is expected to understand the product from market & competition stand point and contribute towards determining optimal pricing and material cost assumptions for Business Case purpose.2) Monitoring of projects with respect to Business Case assumptions - progress, cash flow projecand product cost, investments etc. Closly work with Project team with regard to smooth executionthe project.3) Coordination with CPE, Corporate Finance etc for investment approvals.4) Provide assistance in legal drafting of Consultancy Agreements – discussion with project teamforeign consultant and resolving commercial conditions/ taxation / other legal issues such as IPR Arbitration, Cancellation, Conflict Resolution etc5) Preparation of meaningful and insightful Project MIS, budget spends and cashflows.6) Capex / Revenue Budget – coordinate with users, scrutiny & summarization of proposals,coordination of approval.7) Handling Risk Assessment of projects, coordinating forex payments, Economics, Taxation aspects8) Ideation and coordination of IT dash board development, automation of process, documentatiovarious internal process, ensure appropirate internal controls etc.9) Any other matters related to project Accounting and general Accounting.Experience

6 - 10 years post qualification experienceIndustry Preferred

CA / ICWAI / MBA or ICWAI + B Tech from reputed institutionsGeneral Requirements
