Role

We are seeking a Manager – Outreach & Partnerships who is passionate about building relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding GradRight's institutional network and driving student engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibility

- Build and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Identify and connect with key stakeholders, including TPOs, Deans, Placement Cells, and faculty members.
- Plan and execute campus outreach initiatives, workshops, seminars, and student engagement activities.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and identify opportunities for long-term collaboration.
- Represent GradRight at education events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Track outreach activities and achieve partnership targets.

We are looking for

- 2–6 years of experience in Outreach, Partnerships, Business Development, or Institutional Relations.
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.
- Strong network across schools, colleges, universities, or educational ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
