- Lead and deliver operational dashboards and recurring reporting with high accuracy and on-time SLAs.
- Drive reporting governance: metric definitions, naming standards, documentation, data quality checks, and refresh orchestration.
- Manage/mentor reporting analysts/developers; set standards for delivery, stakeholder comms, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with onshore leaders to prioritize work and modernize reporting across complex systems (post-acquisition landscape).
- Solid SQL + enterprise BI experience (Power BI and/or Cognos)
