Role Summary

We are seeking a Manager, Integration Architecture & Strategy to lead enterprise integration strategy, architecture governance, and a team of Senior Integration Solution Architects for one of our client. This role will drive the organization's integration roadmap, establish architecture standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and business-aligned integration solutions across global platforms.

Key Responsibilities:-

People Leadership & Talent Development

- Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Senior Integration Solution Architects.
- Drive performance management, career development, succession planning, and technical capability-building initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and business-domain expertise.
- Ensure architects act as trusted advisors to business and technology stakeholders.

Integration Strategy & Roadmap

- Partner with business and technology leaders to align integration strategy with organizational priorities.
- Define and execute a multi-year integration roadmap that supports both current and future business needs.
- Drive adoption of API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, and contemporary integration practices across the enterprise.
- Promote reusable, scalable, and business-aligned integration capabilities.

Architecture Governance & Platform Leadership

- Establish and govern enterprise integration standards, reference architectures, and design patterns.
- Lead architecture review and approval processes to ensure security, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Provide strategic oversight for key integration platforms, including:
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Azure Integration Services
- SAP BTP Integration Suite
- Solace PubSub+
- OpenText / EDI Solutions
- Drive standardization, asset reuse, and platform optimization across the integration landscape.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management





- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business, technology, and product stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on integration strategy, architecture governance, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers to ensure quality delivery and cost optimization.
- Partner with cybersecurity, risk, and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant integration solutions.

Operational Excellence

- Monitor architecture governance effectiveness, platform adoption, and integration performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Support technology modernization, cloud adoption, and enterprise transformation programs.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Required Experience

- 10+ years of experience in integration architecture, solution architecture, or technology leadership.
- 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.
- Experience defining enterprise architecture roadmaps and integration strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience with API management, cloud integration, event-driven architectures, and enterprise ERP integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- TOGAF, ITIL, SAFe, Agile, MuleSoft, Azure, SAP BTP, or related certifications preferred.
