Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar employees.
- Manage HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records, and statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement KRA, KPI, PMS, SOPs, and RACI Matrix across departments.
- Prepare manpower planning and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, performance reviews, and training programs.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling.
- Manage factory and office administration, including housekeeping, security, vendors, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate with department heads to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Preferred Candidate

- 5–8 years of HR & Admin experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing both office staff and 100+ blue-collar workers.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, HR systems, compliance, and process implementation.
- Ability to work closely with management and lead HR initiatives.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
