Position Summary The General Manager – Growth & Learning Solutions drives UTH's expansion via business development, partnerships, and scalable learning systems. This role involves hands-on leadership and delivering impactful training. It's ideal for those who thrive on building recent organizations rather than maintaining existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Growth

- Drive revenue growth through corporate, institutional, government, and CSR partnerships.
- Build relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, L&D; Managers, Principals, Placement Officers, and industry leaders.
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities.
- Build long-term Annual Learning Partnerships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

1. Academic & Institutional Partnerships

- Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Introduce Campus-to-Corporate, Employability, Faculty Development, and Internship Readiness programs.
- Explore opportunities through Skill Development Missions, CSR, and Government projects.

1. Learning Solutions & Instructional Design

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Design customized learning journeys and capability development solutions.
- Develop training curriculum, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments,



and digital learning resources.
- Build UTH's portfolio of standardized learning programs and intellectual property.
- Ensure quality and consistency across all learning interventions.

1. Training Delivery

Personally facilitate selected behavioural and professional development programs, including:
- Business Communication
- Employability Skills
- Workplace Behaviour
- Presentation Skills
- Customer Service
- Team Effectiveness
- Time Management
- Personal Effectiveness
- Leadership Foundations

Coordinate and manage UTH's network of freelance trainers for specialized learning interventions.
1. Marketing & Business Foundation

Build the foundational assets required for business growth by:
- Developing website content and service descriptions.
- Creating company profiles, brochures, capability statements, and case studies.
- Supporting LinkedIn and digital marketing initiatives.
- Developing proposal templates and marketing collateral.
- Representing UTH at networking events and industry forums.

1. Operations & Business Management

- Coordinate client engagements from proposal to delivery.
- Manage trainer deployment and project execution.
- Develop SOPs, quality standards, and business processes.
- Monitor project profitability and client satisfaction.
- Build systems that support scalable business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

- MBA / Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.

Experience
- 8–15 years of professional experience.
- Experience in Corporate Training, Learning & Development, HR Consulting, Education, Skill Development, or Business Consulting.
- Demonstrated success in Business Development and Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in training delivery and instructional design is essential.
- Experience working with educational institutions will be an added advantage.
