About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager, Human Resources to support our India operations. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong experience across HR Generalist functions, particularly Talent Acquisition and HR Operations . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, supporting HR processes, maintaining accurate HR data, and partnering with business leaders to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, extending offers, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with recruitment vendors and external partners as needed.
HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.
- Ensure timely completion of HR processes and documentation.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain recruitment and HR dashboards, MIS reports,
and workforce analytics.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and HR data to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain data accuracy across HR systems and reports.
- Generate periodic reports for leadership and support data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all HR interactions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to Recruitment and HR Operations .
- Robust understanding of HR Generalist functions and employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability with experience handling HR data and reports.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HRIS and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
- Experience in IT, ITES, BPO, or shared services environments is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference.
