Qualified Chartered
Accountant with a minimum of 9 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Indian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (IGAAP).
- Proven expertise in preparing Financial Statements,
Tax Audit Reports, and Income Tax Computations for statutory compliance.
- Proficient in accounting practices, routine tax compliance across various laws, periodic book closing, and the preparation and/or review of Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Familiarity with Transfer Pricing regulations, Company Law, and fundamental Payroll Compliance.
- Demonstrated team management skills.
