We are looking for a hands-on finance leader who can build financial discipline , improve profitability , strengthen cash flow , and create scalable financial systems .

Key Responsibilities-

1. Cash Flow Management

1. Prepare and manage daily cash flow reports .
2. Forecast weekly and monthly cash requirements .
3. Ensure healthy liquidity across all business units.
4. Optimize working capital and reduce cash leakage .

2. Financial Planning & Budgeting

1. Build annual budgets and monthly forecasts .
2. Track actual vs budget performance.
3. Identify cost-saving opportunities .
4. Drive EBITDA and profitability improvements .

3. Business Finance

1. Prepare campus-wise and department-wise P&L; .
2. Track unit economics of every campus.
3. Recommend pricing, cost, and investment decisions.
4. Build business performance dashboards .

4. Collections & Receivables

1. Improve collection cycles .
2. Reduce outstanding receivables .
3. Implement strong payment follow-up processes .

5. Financial Controls

1. Build approval matrices .
2. Monitor expenses and procurement .
3. Prevent financial leakages and fraud .
4. Ensure statutory and internal compliance .

6. MIS & Reporting

1. Publish weekly and monthly reports covering:

7. Branch Performance

7. Banking & Fundraising

1. Manage banking relationships .
2. Assist in debt restructuring .
3. Support fundraising and investor due diligence .
4. Prepare financial models and data rooms .

8. Team Leadership

1. Lead Accounts and Finance teams .
2. Improve finance processes through automation .
3. Build a high-performance finance function .

1. Positive monthly cash flow .
2. Collection efficiency above 95% .
3. Reduction in receivable days .
4. Budget variance within ±5% .
5. Monthly MIS delivered by the 5th working day .
6. Zero major compliance issues .
7. Improved EBITDA and cash reserves .
8. Campus-wise profitability tracking .

Ideal Candidate

1. CA / MBA Finance / CMA preferred.
2. 8–15 years of experience.
3. Experience in Education, Retail, Franchise, Healthcare, or Multi-location businesses .
4. Robust expertise in FP&A;, Cash Flow Management, MIS, and Business Finance .
5. Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
6. Advanced Excel , Financial Modelling , and ERP systems experience.
