We're looking for an experienced Manager – Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead our MIS function and drive business insights through data, dashboards, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the MIS team and own enterprise reporting.
- Build dashboards and KPI reports for business functions.
- Automate reporting using Excel, Power Query, Python, and VBA.
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting governance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in BI, MIS, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, or similar BI tools.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, and ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
