Roles:

- All aspects of Marketing for Domestic Nuclear Business and will be expected to contribute to the growth of Business and be aligned to the requirements including but not limited to Customer specifications, requests for quotes, proposal development, product information, presentations, Customer visits, front-line technical support, tendering, Techno-Commercial offers, costing, price sheets, cash flow graph, proposals and bids.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain valuable relationship with customers, Meeting Customers regularly and understand requirements in market.

- Presentation to Customers on Pumps and Pumping solutions for Nuclear Power Plants.

- Submissions of Online as well as Offline tenders.

- Analyze and interpret Customer Specifications (Technical as well as Commercial).

- Developing Techno-commercial Proposals with appropriate Technical data, price and cost details by working with CFT team of Design, Manufacturing, Costing, Quality, Testing, Legal & Finance team.





- Interact with customers to develop optimal techno-commercial solutions that meet customer needs.

- Meeting Tender Deadlines.

- Updating marketing activities in Sales Force Portal.

- Must understand capacity issues in and Engineering to Order requirement.

- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan and presenting to Management.

- Real time assessment of Business position in the territory (i.e. SWOT analysis, customer needs and expectations, market share, revenues, customer input, competitors, etc.)

Desired Candidate profile:

- Background in Pumps or Rotating Equipments, Product/Project Sales, Tendering, working with EPC.

- Good Communication skills required.

- Good Knowledge of Commercial terms (Liquidated Damages, Bank Guarantees, Price Variation Clause, contractual terms, Payment Terms, Delivery date, Price Validity, Taxations, etc.)

- Basic knowledge ASTM, ASME standards, NDT, Quality documentation, GA, CS drawings.
