Role Overview Lead strategic partnerships across agri-inputs, mechanization, and allied services to strengthen the Better Life Farming (BLF) and FPO ecosystem while driving partner onboarding, monetization, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities – Build and manage partnerships across the agri value chain.
– Develop partnership roadmap aligned with BLF strategy.
– Drive partner onboarding, governance, and cross-functional coordination.
– Lead platform monetization, invoicing, and collections.
– Create onboarding toolkits, MoUs, and partner communication.
– Monitor partner performance through KPIs and regular reviews.
– Coordinate sales data collection and support smooth operations.
Required Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (MBA/Marketing preferred).
– 7–10 years of experience in agri-input partnerships or business development.
– Robust stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
– Fluency in English and the local language.
– Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
