Job Title: Manager – Admissions Operations

Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS) is looking for an experienced Manager – Admissions Operations to lead and manage the end-to-end admissions process. The role requires a solid operations leader who can streamline admission workflows, manage teams, drive process improvements, and ensure an exceptional applicant experience.

Key Responsibilities Manage the complete admissions operations lifecycle from enquiry to enrolment. Lead admissions counselling and operations teams. Ensure timely processing of applications, offer letters, fee payments, and admissions.

Monitor CRM, ERP, and admissions workflows. Coordinate with academic departments, finance, IT, examinations, and other stakeholders.



Develop and improve admissions SOPs and operational processes. Prepare admissions MIS, dashboards, and management reports.

Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements. Manage scholarship processing and admissions documentation. Train and mentor admissions staff while monitoring document management processes.

Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree (MBA preferred) 10–15 years of experience in admissions or education operations.

Experience in higher education is preferred.
