We are seeking an experienced techno-commercial professional to lead the growth and expansion of our Precipitated Silica business. The role will be responsible for technical sales, strategic customer acquisition, market development, application support, and identification of new business opportunities across various industries including tyres, rubber, footwear, agrochemicals, food, personal care, paints, coatings, and specialty chemicals.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of precipitated silica products along with proven business development capabilities, customer relationship management skills, and market expansion experience.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for precipitated silica products.
Identify, qualify, and acquire recent customers across target industries and application segments.
Achieve sales revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and business plans.




Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.
Technical Sales & Customer Support
Provide technical consultation and application support to customers.
Understand customer manufacturing processes and recommend suitable silica grades and solutions.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and application trials.
Collaborate with technical and R&D; teams to address customer requirements and resolve technical issues.
Support product qualification and approval processes at customer locations.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term strategic relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
Manage key accounts and drive customer retention initiatives.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expansion within existing accounts.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
