The Role
We are seeking a Staff Front End Software Engineer to join the Secure Messaging team within our Product Solutions organization.
Our team is focused on building integrated, compliant communication capabilities that allow advisors and their clients to interact seamlessly within the Addepar platform. We partner closely with product, design,



and backend engineers to deliver secure, real-time messaging experiences that meet the highest standards of reliability and regulatory compliance.
We're looking for a technical leader who will drive frontend architecture decisions, own end-to-end delivery of complex features, and raise the bar for engineering quality across the team. You'll work across the stack when needed, integrating with vendor-provided infrastructure, designing permission models, and building polished user experiences.

What You’ll Do
Lead the frontend architecture for secure messaging, building modern, performant interfaces using Svelte and Ember.
Own end-to-end delivery of multi-month projects across the stack, from design through production.
