Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning
Develop and implement strategic plans for center growth
Coordinate with staff and faculty for operations and academics
Handle reporting, MIS, and regular performance updates
Ensure a high standard of service and engagement with stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in management or relevant discipline
3+ years of experience in education/operations management
Excellent leadership and coordination skills
Robust analytical and reporting abilities
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
