Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Operations Coordination
Coordinate with field teams and CP to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
Monitor dispatches, cargo movement, and shipment status on a regular basis.
Ensure timely communication between field teams, transporters, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
Documentation Management
Verify and ensure availability of all required documents before booking and dispatch.
Check the accuracy and completeness of invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, permits, and other operational documents.




Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Commercial Compliance
Possess sound knowledge of commercial documentation and logistics processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to transportation and dispatch.
Coordinate with commercial and finance teams for document validation and issue resolution.
Reporting & Monitoring
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports, dispatch reports, and movement trackers.
Follow up on pending documents and operational issues.
Escalate any operational deviations, delays, or compliance concerns to management promptly.
Required Skills
Robust coordination and communication skills.
Good understanding of commercial and logistics documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
