Co-Founder Wanted: Head of Growth & Institutional Sales (Must Have Existing School Network)
We have built the product, field-tested the MVP, and validated the market. Now, we are looking for a Co-Founder & Sales Partner who already holds established relationships with private school Principals, Trustees, Directors, and Chairpersons across Assam and Northeast India.
This is not a conventional sales role, nor is it a junior position. We are looking for an experienced education sector insider who can skip the "network building" phase and immediately open boardroom doors for 30-day school pilots.

DormCircle is the Digital Care Infrastructure for Residential & Boarding Schools.
Traditional school ERPs handle classrooms, fees, and exams, but treat hostel operations as an afterthought.



DormCircle owns the 24/7 residential care layer—digitizing evening roll calls, medical/infirmary logs, leaves, and warden reporting to give long-distance parents peace of mind and satisfy NEP 2020 safety compliance without bringing any screen time to students.
With over 2,000 residential schools across India facing escalating safety liabilities, we are scaling our B2B SaaS platform starting directly from our home market in Northeast India.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage Existing School Relationships: Directly engage decision-makers (Trustees, Owners, Principals) in your network to secure qualified meetings and pilot agreements.
Drive the Full Institutional Sales Cycle: Pitch school management boards, negotiate pilot terms, and convert 30-day trials into recurring annual contracts.
Territory & Pipeline Leadership: Independently manage school outreach across Assam and the Northeast region through
