About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, demand generation, and pipeline growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.
In this role, you'll own key growth channels, optimize conversion funnels, execute high-impact campaigns, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success,



and Content teams to generate predictable pipeline and revenue.

What You'll Do
Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Own campaign performance across lead generation, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and marketing-qualified pipeline.
Monitor budgets and continuously improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
Identify current acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
Funnel Optimization & Conversion
Optimize landing pages, campaign journeys, and conversion funnels.
Improve visitor-to-lead, lead-to-demo, and demo-to-customer conversion rates.
Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, CTAs, and landing pages.
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to improve user experience an
