Role Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused Manager – Growth & AI to drive measurable business growth through customer analytics, retention, personalization, experimentation, and AI-powered initiatives.
This role will work across Marketing, CRM, Product, Technology, and Analytics teams to identify growth opportunities, improve customer journeys, optimize marketing effectiveness, and unlock incremental revenue.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in growth, lifecycle marketing, customer analytics, experimentation, and practical AI implementation in a consumer internet,
e-commerce, D2C, or digital business.
The role will be expected to deliver measurable revenue impact through data-led growth initiatives and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Revenue Acceleration
Identify and execute growth opportunities across customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
Develop growth initiatives that drive incremental revenue and improve customer lifetime value.
Partner with business teams to identify high-impact growth levers across customer journeys.
Build a structured growth roadmap aligned to business objectives.
Customer Analytics & Insights
Analyze customer behavior, cohorts, purchase patterns, and funnel performance.
Develop actionable insights from customer and business data.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track growth metrics.
