Job Summary: This role is responsible for leading a team of analyst-level professionals and overseeing the day-to-day execution of data management, data governance, and data operations activities. The Data Operations - Team Lead will partner closely with the manager and cross-functional stakeholders to improve data quality, strengthen governance practices, streamline operational processes,



and enable reliable reporting and business decision-making. This position requires a robust blend of people leadership, operational discipline, and hands-on technical capability, including experience with Databricks, Salesforce, and SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of analyst-level employees, setting clear priorities, goals, and performance expectations.
Own and oversee core data operations processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent execution across systems and workflows.
Establish and strengthen data governance practices, including data definitions, standards, quality controls, stewardship, and issue resolution.
Partner with business, operations, and technical teams to identify data gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve data integrity and usability.
