As part of our Pan India business expansion, Murali Mohana Group is seeking dynamic and entrepreneurial professionals to join us as Freelance Business Development Managers. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a trusted rice brand, develop new business opportunities, expand our market presence, and build a rewarding career with attractive performance based earning potential.
Key responsibilities:
· Identify and acquire new buyers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional customers.
· Generate recent business opportunities and convert prospects into confirmed sales.
· Expand the company's market presence across assigned territories and Pan India.
· Build and maintain long term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing.
· Submit weekly business development reports and market intelligence updates.
· Negotiate commercial terms within the company's approved pricing framework.
· Achieve agreed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Commercial Proposal:
· Attractive commission on the net business generated and successfully executed.
· Commission payable after realization of customer payment.
· No fixed monthly remuneration.
· Unlimited earning potential based on business performance.
