Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging motion graphics and visual creatives for digital platforms.
Edit high-quality videos for marketing, branding, and social media campaigns.
Create compelling visuals using Adobe Photoshop and other design tools.
Leverage AI tools to produce innovative and high-impact video content.
Develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
Expertise in AI video creation tools (such as Runway, Pika, Kling, Veo, or similar platforms).
Excellent understanding of motion graphics,



animation, video editing, and visual storytelling.
Robust creative thinking with an eye for design, composition, and aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the real estate industry will be considered a strong advantage.
Knowledge of social media content trends and digital marketing creatives.
Experience working with branding and performance marketing campaigns.
