As a Technical Lead, you will lead the architecture, development, and scaling of
a SaaS platform while guiding a team of engineers in delivering secure,
resilient, and high performing solutions. Working closely with Architecture,
Information Security, DevOps, and Product Management teams, you will translate
business requirements into technical solutions and drive the successful delivery
of strategic technology initiatives.

TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP AND SOLUTION DELIVERY

* Lead the architecture, design, development, and operation of SaaS platform
solutions.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to define requirements, delivery
timelines, and implementation strategies.
* Drive technical decision making that balances quality, scalability,
performance, and delivery objectives.
* Contribute directly to architecture, coding, research, and technical problem
solving across a variety of technologies and platforms.
* Rapidly assess and contribute to new codebases, projects, and technologies.

TEAM LEADERSHIP AND MENTORSHIP





* Lead and mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and supporting their
career development.
* Review solutions and implementation approaches to ensure alignment with
project goals and engineering standards.
* Foster a collaborative, high performing engineering culture focused on
continuous improvement.
* Support teams in refining business requirements into robust and demonstrable
applications.

PRODUCT AND STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION

* Work closely with Product Management, engineering teams, and business
stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Drive alignment between product vision, technical architecture, and delivery
outcomes.
* Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non
technical audiences.
