As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable visa solutions.
Generate and qualify leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
Build strong customer relationships by providing professional guidance throughout the visa application process.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Coordinate with the Operations and Documentation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Stay updated with visa policies, travel regulations, and company offerings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–1 year of experience in Business Development, B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Success, or the Travel industry.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is preferred.
