We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with strong technical expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and security. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and BIRT Reporting.
• Develop and maintain Workday custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and Report Writer solutions.
• Integrate Workday with third-party applications using SOAP, REST APIs, WSDL, XML, and Java.
• Support Workday implementation and enhancement projects.
• Configure and maintain Workday security policies, roles, and best practices.
• Perform security audits, monitoring, and incident response activities.




• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize existing solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills:
• 10+ years of Workday experience.
• Minimum one end-to-end Workday implementation.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and BIRT Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting, Report Writer, Worksheets, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
• Experience with Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, WSDL, XML, and Java.
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems.
• Solid understanding of Workday Security configuration and governance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
