The role involves creating innovative, functional, and sustainable designs while ensuring compliance with local regulations and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs, layouts, and concepts for real estate projects
Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design alignment
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
Oversee project design from concept to execution
Conduct site visits and support construction teams during execution
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and interior designers
Review and approve design changes and project documentation

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of architectural design principles
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
Understanding of construction methods and materials
