Role Description The Sales Business Development role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and following up on inquiries to convert prospects into customers. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs,



maintain accurate sales records, and provide high-quality customer service to support repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, present offerings clearly, and ensure positive experiences.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify prospects, analyze market trends, and target suitable customer segments.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, evaluate business opportunities, and support informed decision-making.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or travel and tourism is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
