About The Role

Join us as a Management Trainee – International Business & Sales (MBA Freshers) and gain hands-on experience in international business development, client communication, market research, and lead generation.

This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a successful career in International Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Research international markets and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, company websites, trade portals, and online databases.
Communicate with international prospects through professional emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with overseas clients.




Build and maintain accurate customer databases using CRM and Excel.
Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Learn international sales processes, export business practices, and customer relationship management.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client communication.
Maintain daily and weekly activity reports and achieve assigned targets.

Eligibility

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Strong interest in International Sales, Export Business, and Business Development.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
Willingness to work from our Bhopal office.
