About the Role
At Stonespire Architects, we believe in creating thoughtful, functional, and timeless spaces. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Architect who can independently lead projects from concept to construction documentation while ensuring design excellence and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative architectural concepts and space planning solutions.
Prepare architectural planning, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
Create and coordinate construction drawings for smooth on-site execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and the internal design team.
Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, building regulations, and industry standards.
Review drawings for accuracy, quality, and constructability.
Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and deadlines.
Guide and mentor junior architects and designers whenever required.
Participate in client presentations,
design discussions, and site coordination.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design and execution.
Strong expertise in planning, elevations, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
Excellent design sensibility with a creative and practical approach.
Ability to manage projects independently and meet strict deadlines.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Photoshop (Revit knowledge is an added advantage).
