About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled RF Design Engineer to join our dynamic and growing organization. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, testing, and implementation of advanced radio frequency systems and subsystems that support mission-critical defence and wireless communication applications. The role requires strong technical expertise in RF circuit design, system integration, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with hardware, FPGA, software, and mechanical engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:




Design and develop RF systems, subsystems, and components for wireless communication and defence applications.
Perform RF simulation, modeling, and analysis to meet system performance requirements.
Conduct performance evaluation, testing, validation, and debugging of RF circuits and systems.
Analyze RF system behavior and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Support integration, deployment, and qualification of current RF solutions and products.
Design and optimize RF front-end circuits, including filters, amplifiers, mixers, and matching networks.
Collaborate with Digital Hardware, FPGA/RTL, Software, and Mechanical Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Prepare technical documentation, design reports, test procedures, and validation reports.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations for product improvement.
