Role Description The Social Media and Content Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning and executing Aéromé’s social media strategy across platforms, including content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement. The individual will create and manage written, visual, and video content that communicates the brand story,



showcases scent solutions, and drives awareness and leads. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media posts and stories, coordinating with designers, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing content based on analytics. The role also involves collaborating with the founders and cross-functional teams on brand messaging, managing influencer or partner collaborations, and ensuring a consistent tone and aesthetic across all digital channels.
Qualifications
Strong skills in social media strategy, content planning, and community management across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels.
Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting, storytelling, and basic visual or video production for digital campaigns.
Experience with digital marketing, campaign management, and analytics tools to measure performance and optimize content.
