Job Role: Test Automation Engineer
Years of Experience: 5+ Years
Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Web, API, and Mobile test automation frameworks using Java-based technologies.
Develop and execute test automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver, REST Assured, Appium, and BDD frameworks.
Perform UI, API, and Mobile automation testing.
Proficient in AI tool usage for test case preparation and execution
Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.
Collaborate with development team and other required stakeholders for effective test coverage and defect resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain automation code using Git.
Mandatory Skills
Functional Testing (Writing test cases and executing it manually as per requirement)
Core Java and Java-based automation projects.




Selenium WebDriver, REST Assured, and Appium.
Web, API, and Mobile Automation Testing.
BDD frameworks (Cucumber or equivalent).
Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Robust understanding of software testing practices.
Strong problem-solving skills for debugging automation issues.

JMeter
Performance Testing
CI/CD tools (Jenkins or equivalent)
Maven/Gradle
Automation Framework Design and Maintenance
Educational Qualification
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
