Responsibilities include:
Own & Optimize Support Functions: Lead, mentor, and continuously improve critical enterprise support functions to accelerate revenue growth, maximize global talent availability, and guarantee sustainable scalability across Reflections Infosystems.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Permanently shift Business Enablement functions away from isolated operations. Architect and implement highly integrated workflows where Talent Acquisition, RMG, HR, Partnerships & Alliances, Branding & Marketing and Pre-Sales execute collaboratively and seamlessly to meet fluid business pipelines.
Executive Advisory & Governance: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and the broader executive leadership team. Provide regular, data-backed operational readouts, rigorous risk assessments, and proactive recommendations to drive enterprise business performance.
Process & Agility Redesign: Relentlessly simplify and redesign enterprise processes to eliminate manual or redundant activities,



improve overall organizational agility, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
Performance & Accountability: Drive a rigorous culture of absolute ownership and measurable outcomes by establishing and monitoring transparent, aggressive KPIs/OKRs across all owned enablement units.
Partnerships & Alliances: Lead the partnerships and alliances function to fuel inorganic growth and create a potent ecosystem of partners to serve our global clientele.
Certifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline is required.
An MBA or equivalent management qualification from a premier institution is highly preferred.
