2- Required Technical Skill Set - Trino / Presto Distributed SQL Engine Administration, Distributed SQL Engine Management, SQL Query Performance Tuning, Cluster Optimization, Security Configuration (LDAP, Kerberos, SSL), Monitoring & Troubleshooting, Linux Administration, Presto/Trino Connector Management
3 Desired Relevant Trino Experience- 4 to 6 years
5 Overall Experience- Less than 6 Years
6 Location of Requirement- Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
Trino Administration, Distributed SQL Engine Management, Hive & HDFS Integration, Connector Configuration (S3, Hive, Iceberg), Query Performance Tuning, Kerberos & LDAP Authentication, Linux/Unix Shell Scripting, Cluster Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Good-to-Have
Datawarehouse exposure, Python/Shell scripting




Responsibility/Expectations from the Role
Experience between 4-6 years in below fields
Robust experience in managing and supporting Trino clusters
Good experience in handling large-scale distributed SQL workloads
Installing, configuring and optimizing Trino engine and catalogs
Integrating Trino with Hive, HDFS, S3, and other data sources
Performing query performance tuning and cluster optimization
Implementing security using Kerberos, LDAP, and SSL
Monitoring cluster health and troubleshooting performance issues
Managing catalog/connector configurations (Hive, Iceberg, S3, etc.)
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix and Shell scripting
Knowledge of best practices for distributed SQL systems
