Community fundraising helps turn compassion into action. Whether it's a sponsored challenge, bake sale, charity walk, workplace fundraiser, or local event, every fundraiser helps TMM provide vital support while raising awareness of maternal grief.

As Community Fundraising Manager, you'll lead the development of TMM's community fundraising program, empowering individuals, schools, workplaces, and community groups to fundraise in creative and meaningful ways.

What You'll Do

As a member of TMM's Senior Leadership Team, you'll:
Develop and lead TMM's community fundraising strategy
Create fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives that inspire supporters
Support individuals and groups who choose to fundraise for TMM
Develop fundraising resources, toolkits, and supporter communications
Build relationships with local businesses, schools, universities, and community organisations
Identify opportunities to grow regular giving and supporter engagement




Celebrate and recognise the achievements of TMM fundraisers
Work closely with the communications and partnerships teams to maximise fundraising opportunities
