About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, conducting field visits, and scheduling product demonstrations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting current people, talking to business owners, and learning how B2B software sales work. You'll work directly with the Founder & Sales Team and gain hands-on experience across the complete sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and field visits.
Identify HR Managers,



Founders, Business Owners, and decision-makers in target companies.
Visit client locations to introduce TheDayHR and build relationships with prospective customers.
Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Maintain and update lead information, activities, and opportunities in the CRM.
Support the Sales Team in converting prospects into customers.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and demo booking targets.
Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confident in speaking with business owners and HR professionals.
