Are you a highly organized and proactive individual who thrives in a rapid-paced service environment? We're looking for a Service Coordinator to be the backbone of our field operations team
? What You'll Do:
✅ Coordinate daily activities with Service Engineers — scheduling, deployment & progress monitoring
✅ Collect and manage Daily Work Reports (DWR) from the field team
✅ Source critical spare parts and materials, liaising with vendors and the procurement team
✅ Prepare service quotations and cost estimates for clients
✅ Handle client breakdown calls — from first contact to job closure and follow-up
? What We're Looking For:
* Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination or operations
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to stay calm and act fast during breakdown/emergency situations
* Proficiency in MS Office; service management software is a plus
* Basic technical/engineering knowledge is an advantage
