We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our agile product team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of our core products. You will tackle complex design challenges, transforming intricate financial processes into intuitive, accessible, and trustworthy experiences for our users. As a senior member of the team, you will not only own the end-to-end design process but also act as a mentor and a key voice in influencing our product strategy and design culture.

Key Responsibilities
Drive and execute the end-to-end UX design process for major product features, from initial research and concepting to high-fidelity prototyping and user testing.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points within the financial domain.
