The Need
For over 25 years, IJM has pioneered the work to protect vulnerable people from violence. 9 out of 9 times in the last decade, IJM’s Justice System Strengthening Projects have reduced slavery and violence between 50 and 85% for very large populations of people in poverty. As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking a Sr. Associate, Recruiting Contractual to support full cycle recruitment by sourcing talent, coordinating hiring activities, enhancing candidate experience,



and ensuring efficient recruitment operations across India.

The Sr. Associate, Recruiting Contractual will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment lifecycle by partnering with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, facilitating onboarding activities, and maintaining recruitment data and reporting. This role will contribute to building a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience aligned with organizational goals.

The role will follow a hybrid work model and support recruitment operations across India.

Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct preliminary candidate screening and support hiring managers in identifying suitable talent.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future
