Role Overview
Volody is looking for an experienced Legal Transformation Director to lead strategic legal transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across India and global markets.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a Big 4 consulting firm, leading management consulting organizations, or any large IT services company, where they have advised legal departments on legal operations transformation, digitization, operating model redesign, process optimization, and technology adoption.
This is a client-facing leadership role requiring a solid understanding of legal operations, enterprise transformation, legal technology,
stakeholder management, sales and consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end legal transformation engagements for enterprise clients.
Advise Boards, Audit Committee Chairman, CFOs, General Counsels, Heads of Legal, Legal Operations leaders, and executive stakeholders on transforming legal functions.
Assess current legal operating models and design future-state operating frameworks.
Identify opportunities for digitization, automation, AI adoption, and process optimization across legal departments.
Develop legal transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Lead legal process re-engineering initiatives covering contract management, compliance, governance, matter management, document management, and legal service delivery.
Drive implementation and adoption of LegalTech platforms, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions and AI-powered legal technologies.
