About the Role
This isn't a traditional SDR role where your job ends after booking meetings.
As a Founding SDR, you'll work closely with the founders to build and refine the company's sales process while owning the customer journey from the first conversation through activation and closing. You'll engage with both inbound and outbound prospects, understand customer needs, conduct product demos, manage trials, and help convert opportunities into long-term customers.

What You'll Do
Respond to and qualify inbound product sign-ups.
Identify and reach out to potential enterprise customers through outbound prospecting.
Understand customer challenges through discovery conversations.
Deliver personalized product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
Guide customers through product trials and help them achieve success.
Follow up with prospects across email, phone, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and keep the sales pipeline updated.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the founders and product team.
Continuously experiment with messaging, outreach, and sales processes to improve results.
