Job Description for Director of School BFSI

1. Financial Management & Budget Planning
Develop and finalize the school's annual budget in alignment with the school objectives.
Establish short- and long-term financial objectives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Monitor income and expenditure to maintain financial discipline within the approved budget.
Regularly monitor and report on expenditure versus budget projections.
Ensure timely fee collection, actively monitor outstanding dues, and implement recovery strategies.
Recommend appropriate actions against fee defaulters while ensuring compliance with University policies.

2. Admissions, Business Development & Branding
Plan and execute comprehensive admission strategies, including marketing campaigns, digital marketing, outreach activities, admission campaigns and campus engagement events.
Lead the school's marketing and branding initiatives to enhance national and international visibility.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity.
Coordinate seamlessly with departments including admissions, digital marketing,



purchasing, and external agencies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adapt as necessary to meet enrolment targets.

3. Industry Networking & Partnerships
Foster industry relationships to promote programs, organize industry-led sessions, workshops, and site visits.
Initiate and manage collaborations with companies relevant to the school's programs / specializations.
Build networks with skilled associations, sector-specific organizations, and global academic institutions.
Facilitate the signing of MOUs and ensure the effective implementation of partnerships.

4. Team Building & Human Resource Management
Plan faculty manpower for upcoming academic sessions, ensuring compliance with faculty-student ratios.
Assess faculty requirements based on curriculum needs and student strength.
