The Role
As an UI/UX Designer, you’ll own the design of complex, data‑rich experiences that support decision‑making for administrators and improve clarity and usability across our platform.
You’ll work as a senior individual contributor within a cross‑functional product team: Design, Product, Engineering, bringing deep UI/UX expertise to your product area. While Product Management owns roadmap direction and prioritisation, you will play a critical role in informing decisions through research,



design exploration, and user‑centred evidence, translating complexity into intuitive, accessible solutions.
This role sits within a newly established team focused on analytics, dashboards, and reporting, where you’ll elevate usability, interaction design, and data visualisation quality across StarRez products.
What You Will Own
Lead complex design initiatives from discovery through delivery, translating multi‑role, data‑heavy workflows into intuitive, scalable, and accessible experiences.
Conduct and contribute to continuous discovery activities, including customer interviews, usability testing, and concept validation, surfacing insights that inform product decisions and reduce delivery risk.
Partner with Product to support explicit problem framing, hypotheses, and measures of success, using research, experimentation, and customer feedback to validate design decisions and iterate solutions
