Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Robot Framework and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on automation experience, robust debugging skills, and the ability to independently own testing activities for assigned modules. Candidates from the BFSI/Financial Services domain will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Robot Framework.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and automation testing.
Independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Analyze production issues and collaborate with development teams for root cause analysis.
Validate application functionality using SQL queries and Unix/Linux commands.
Participate in test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Own QA activities for assigned modules/features and ensure timely delivery.
Mentor junior QA engineers whenever required.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required SkillsPrimary Skills (Priority Order)
Troubleshooting (Highest Priority – ~40%)
Strong hands-on debugging and analytical skills.

Experience handling production incidents and root cause analysis.
Robot Framework Automation (Must Have – ~20%)
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Robot Framework.
